If there is a delay dispatching your order we will notify you and advise you of an expected dispatching date

Delays in delivery are beyond our control and the times stated above are those quoted from the delivery companies, these may vary depending on your location

If for any reason your order will take longer than 14 days to be posted to you we will advise you with a new posting date by e-mail

All prices are shown in GBP. Your bank or credit card company will convert our GBP price to your currency at the exchange rate in force at the time of conversion. This process and the conversion rate used are beyond our control.

All UK destinations are subject to VAT

All goods dispatched to countries not within the EU are subject to the addition of UK Sales Tax at the rate in force at the date of dispatch. Children’s shoes are Zero rated for tax purposes. Our Shopping Cart will automatically display and add this cost to your total order value when you select the UK or another non-EU country from the drop-down country list when making a purchase. There is no sales tax on goods shipped to destinations inside the EU.

In some countries shoes may be subject to import duty. The payment of this duty is the responsibility of the purchaser/addressee.

We reserve the right to alter the design, material or specification of any of the products in our collection from time to time in a constant effort to continually improve them.

All of our products are made to a very high standard from top quality materials. We guarantee them to be free from any manufacturing fault. We do not guarantee that they are suitable for your requirements or give any other guarantee whatsoever.

When your order is ready for dispatch you will be contacted for confirmation of shipping cost. Your shipment will not be dispatched until this has been paid.

We suggest the use of a clean soft surface, such as a carpet, to avoid soiling the soles of shoes when trying them on for the first time.

If shoes are returned for exchange, the replacement pair/s will be sent out at an additional charge per pair of £3.50

This is to cover the postage and packaging and will be charged to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase
